Chapter 18: Ayaan’s Confessed

Ayaan mustered up the courage to confess his love for Eshaal. He invited her to a restaurant, and as they sat across from each other, he poured his heart out. Eshaal listened intently but didn't say anything. Finally, she spoke, "Ayaan, I appreciate your honesty, but I can't be in a relationship right now. My experience with my parents’relation has scarred me, and I need time to heal."

Ayaan was heartbroken, but he understood Eshaal's situation. He respected her decision and offered to be there for her as a friend. Eshaal smiled weakly and said, "I'd like that."

As the days passed, Ayaan and Eshaal's friendship grew stronger. Ayaan was always there for her, supporting her through her tough times. They had a deep connection, and both of them knew that their feelings for each other hadn't gone away.

One day, Ayaan and Eshaal went on a road trip, and as they sat next to each other, they talked about their lives, their dreams, and their fears. As the sun set, Ayaan took Eshaal's hand and said, "Eshaal, I know you're not ready for a relationship, but I want you to know that I'll wait for you. I know we have something special, and I don't want to lose that."

Eshaal looked at Ayaan, her eyes filling with tears. She knew that Ayaan was the one for her, but she was scared. Scared of getting hurt, scared of losing him, scared of the unknown. She took a deep breath and said, "Ayaan, I can't promise you anything, but I want to try. I want to see where this goes."

Ayaan smiled, and they hugged each other tightly. They both knew that their journey was just beginning, and there would be many obstacles to overcome, but they were ready to face them together.

As they drove back home, hand in hand, the unspoken truth was finally acknowledged. They had fallen in love more deeper.
