As Ayaan slowly regained consciousness, he saw Eshaal sitting by his side, holding his hand tightly. He smiled weakly, relieved to see her. Eshaal's eyes filled with tears as she saw him stir and she called out to the doctor.

The doctor arrived, checked Ayaan's vitals, and informed them that Ayaan was out of danger. Eshaal breathed a sigh of relief and hugged Ayaan, grateful that he was alive. Eshaal confessed to Ayaan that she couldn't live without him.

"I love you so much, Ayaan. I know I wasn't ready for the relationship,but I really can't live without you. I'm sorry for neglecting your feelings," said Eshaal.

"I love you so much, Eshaal," said Ayaan.

The family was happy for both of them. Ayaan got to know Aman had saved his life by donating blood. He felt grateful to him. "Thanks, bro," said Ayaan.

"No need to thank you. I did it for myself. Without you, our life would be so boring," said Aman, laughing.

Ayaan smiled.

The days went on with Ayaan's recovery, Eshaal being by his side and helping him to recover, and the family visiting them and teasing Ayaan and Eshaal.
