Ayesha's heart raced as their car pulled up to the grand entrance of khan’s mansion . She took a deep breath and mentally prepared herself for the meeting. She had heard plenty of stories about Shameer's rude and heartless behavior, and she didn't want to be on the receiving end of it.
As they entered the house, Ayesha was greeted warmly by Shameer's mother and sister. They were glad to see their old friends and welcomed them with open arms. However, Shameer was nowhere to be seen.
Ayesha was relieved but also a little disappointed. She had prepared herself for the worst, but now she couldn't help but feel curious about what he was really like. She decided to ask Shameer's mother about him.
"He's been busy with work," Shameer's mother explained. "You know how he is. He takes his business very seriously."
Ayesha nodded, understandingly. She knew all too well how important family businesses were in their culture.
As the evening wore on, Ayesha found herself enjoying the company of Shameer's family. They were kind and welcoming, and she felt at home with them. However, she couldn't shake the feeling of anticipation whenever she thought about meeting Shameer.
Later that night, as she was getting ready for bed, there was a knock on her door. She hesitated for a moment before opening it to find Shameer standing there, looking as rude and heartless as ever.
"Can I come in?" he asked, his tone icy.
Ayesha nodded, feeling nervous and unsure of what to expect. She watched as he walked into the room and sat down on the edge of her bed.
"I don't have time for small talk," he said bluntly. "I just wanted to make it clear that I don't want you or your family here. You're disrupting my routine and causing unnecessary chaos."
Ayesha felt her heart sink as she listened to his harsh words. She had hoped that he would be different when they finally met, but he was just as cruel as everyone had said.
"I understand," she said quietly, trying to keep her composure. "We'll leave as soon as possible."
Shameer looked at her for a moment before standing up and walking out of the room without another word. Ayesha was left alone, feeling hurt and rejected.
As she lay in bed that night, she couldn't help but wonder what had caused Shameer to be so cold and heartless. She knew there was more to him than met the eye, and she was determined to find out what it was.
